Kristen has been my massage therapist for over ten years, and if I could give her TEN stars, I would! She is incredibly knowledgeable about the body and always knows exactly what’s going on when something doesn’t feel right. She’s constantly learning and staying up to date with new techniques, which makes her stand out in her profession.

I work out almost seven days a week, so I’m tough on my body, but Kristen AKA my “muscle mechanic” always knows how to get me back on track. She’s professional, kind, and truly cares about her clients’ well-being. I always leave my appointments feeling amazing and well taken care of.

Kristen is the best hands down. She is the sole reason why I am able to compete at my best ability every weekend. I’ve had pretty bad neck/shoulder pain for the past 3-4 months and I am always leaving her office feeling 100%. 5 Stars
