Kristen’s talent and services are truly life changing. I’ve been going to her for almost twenty years at this point and I can safely say no one in the region can hold a candle to her. She’s so knowledgeable and yet always furthering her practice by taking trainings and learning new things. She will find injuries and issues you didn’t know you had, and fix them. Shes pure magic in and out of her office.
Kristen has been my massage therapist for over ten years, and if I could give her TEN stars, I would! She is incredibly knowledgeable about the body and always knows exactly what’s going on when something doesn’t feel right. She’s constantly learning and staying up to date with new techniques, which makes her stand out in her profession.
I work out almost seven days a week, so I’m tough on my body, but Kristen AKA my “muscle mechanic” always knows how to get me back on track. She’s professional, kind, and truly cares about her clients’ well-being. I always leave my appointments feeling amazing and well taken care of.
