I came out of Zak’s Hair Salon feeling like a queen. Stephanie made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. She cut my hair exactly the way I wanted it. People gave me compliments on my haircut and style. I’ll definitely be going back!

I had a disappointing experience at the salon. After my visit, I noticed hair dye on my skin, and over three weeks later, it’s still not coming off. I've tried various remedies like baby oil, coconut oil, even purchased hair dye remover wipes and rubbing alcohol, but nothing has worked. They suggested using allergy rash ointment, claiming it helped another client, but this feels like an inadequate solution.
Additionally, the stylist was quite rough initially when he stained my skin, leaving my face swollen, and I was disappointed by the lack of accountability from the salon. They didn’t offer any compensation or even an apology. If the hair dye doesn’t come off soon, I’ll have to reach out to them regarding my dermatology bills. I’m also dealing with scabs from trying to scrub it off, and it’s not something I can cover with makeup. Overall, this has been a frustrating experience.

Close and convenient to my house. There are guys working here which is nice for my boys. I just thought the price was a little too much.

Do not come here if your a walk in, I called and asked if they do walk in's and they said yes but when I went in person and asked if they had time for a walk in they said no just straight up no.
