Total Comfort Heating & Cooling

I had a Mitsubishi heat pump & heat pump water heater installed last year by Kevin. I had issues with getting my CleanHeat RI heat pump rebate approved because even though his company was listed as an approved installer on the RI Energy approved contractor list there was some paperwork or licensing that had to be updated before I could be approved. I handled all the communication between CleanHeat RI and Total Comfort when I felt it really should have been Kevin handling it but I did finally get my rebate. Total Comfort just completed installation of a new boiler and Heat Pump Hot Water Heater at my house. Kevin explained the various options for my house and what he would install if it was his own house he genuinely cares. Installation was delayed due to availability of parts from the distributor (no surprise there supply chain issue) Kevin was in communication thru the whole process and assured me that it would be completed on the rescheduled date which it was. Kevin completed the job in one day and thoroughly cleaned up after, he arranged for a company to dispose of the old boiler which they picked up in less than 48 hours after he was done. Thumbs up! Kevin was knowledgable, patient and explained everything so I could understand it (which is no small feat). He really went above and beyond in our switch from oil heat over to mini split heat pumps to heat our home. His quote was reasonable, better than most we got. The job was quick and well cleaned up. He advised us on how to get our home heated more efficiently with the new system and followed up when I had a (small unrelated to the work he did) issue. We had a great experience and will use Total Comfort Heating & Cooling again if/when the need arises. Thanks again, Kevin!
