“Had a relaxing time at spa light for my birthday, although the front desk reception seemed a little snobby, and they didn't provide slippers which is odd considering it was around 11am. On the plus side the facility is clean, I loved the jacuzzi and cold plunge, also the heated massage chairs were nice. Food is okay“

“I saw Laurie for the first time back in February… she was great!!! I have some adult acne and she recommended products to use and my skin has looked so much better since!

She was also very educational with the questions I asked and offered other recommendations to help with my skin.

My skin can be sensitive at times so I was worried about trying new products. Per Laurie’s recommendation I bought a toner, vitamin c & e, a pore & wrinkle serum, & a moisturizer. I love them all and most importantly, my skin does too!

Also if you haven’t have your face professionally dermaplaned…. DO IT! My skin was so smooth for weeks after!

I would also like to note that she was not in any way pushy about buying the products. She suggested the ones to get first if I was looking to budget. I ended up buying them all and found the pricing very reasonable.

Only suggestion is to lift the head and do the underside of head & hair… back of my head didn’t feel as clean as front and sides. For $110 i would add a quick facial cleanse and massage along with a neck and arm massage. Even if only for 10 min. (Neck and decollate was massaged).
Overall great experience- again practitioner was lovely - but i think the steps of the service could be elaborated on :)“
