This was my first chiropractic appointment and Dr. Morgan was amazing!! she walked me through everything she was doing & explained thoroughly. I’m looking forward to feeling better and seeing her again soon!

I love this practice, I couldn’t recommend enough. After years of unexplained pain my issue was identified and effective treatment was begun within a matter of minutes. Makes me feel silly that I didn’t come sooner. Dr. Alexander is so wonderful and has the most excellent bedside manner. I feel very privileged to be a patient here!

I'm visiting from San Francisco, and a friend of my brother-in-law recommended I go to see the Sowa family of chiropractors in Lincoln. I suffer from occasional from lower back pain and spasm and I am in town for a family emergency, so I didn't have time to "rest" or to "take it easy". I went to Dr. Alexander Sowa three times over the course of a week. The first adjustment provided immediately relief, but I relapsed a day later and needed to see him a second time.
