Horrible customer service, the attendance are rude and unprofessional. On three occasions I brought in glasses that needed to be fixed and they made every excuse to why they couldn't, suggesting that I have to replace the frames and pay again out of pocket despite having insurance. Everything is a money scam with this office. Stay away

Got my eye exam at the Cranston location, and was in the waiting room for over 2 hours before getting called in. Office was small and dated. Both locations have very odd hours of service, not acclimating to their customers. Decided to get my glasses in the Lincoln location. Not very many choices compared to other places ive been too, but i found a pair I liked enough to purchase. A couple months after I got my glasses, the nose pieces fell out. Ive been trying to get them fixed for two months. Will not be going back here next time I get my eyes checked.

I have been coming to this office since childhood, I've seen it move around the mall thru countless remodels and construction. This office has always advanced with the times and brought in new ocular technology each year to make the experience easier for patients. Doctor Croce has always been a great doctor for me, treats me and my eyes with respect and is always happy and in a pleasant demeanor. I have never had any problems and it saddens me to see there have been people dissatisfied in the past, because my experience has been nothing but polar opposite.
