Anchor Pediatrics Lincoln is a well-regarded pediatric care facility where families have trusted their children's health for years. Many parents appreciate the dedicated care provided by Dr. Nathan Beraha, who is known for his patience and excellent advice during check-ups. The staff, including nurse Samantha, is often praised for making children feel comfortable, especially those with special needs. However, there have been concerns about one front desk staff member whose unprofessional behavior has affected the overall experience for some visitors. Despite this, many families continue to value the care their children receive at this practice.
Been bringing my kids here since my son has been 6 months old and my 2 daughters since birth. Now with my 17, 15 and 2 year old. I have to say this has been the best place for all my kids
We’ve always liked the Doctors, PAs, and Nurses here. Unfortunately, you have to deal with some very difficult front desk personnel in order to have those providers actually see your kids. I was beginning to think it was personal, like the receptionist just didn’t like me or my family, but once I saw all the similar reviews about how awful their front desk staff treated people, I realized that’s just the way that they are. It’s too bad, too, because the medical staff really are great. You just have to endure a good amount of abuse before getting any treatment. I would happily give this place 5 stars were it not for how cruel and spiteful their receptionists are....read full review
We are just associated to this facility because of Dr. Nathan Beraha. We got our 4 year old son’s annual check up today with Dr. Beraha. He is such an awesome pediatrician. He has been the provider for our son since our son was born. We just feel we have been lucky to get Dr. Beraha’s advice all this time. He patiently listens to all our questions and provides the best advice that resonates immediately. We couldn’t have got a better doctor than Dr. Beraha. Our heartfelt gratitude and thanks to him! I
