I love love love LOVE this yoga studio!!!!! I have moved around a lot and have been to a lot of studios but Bend is by far the best. First off, everyone is SO KIND here, second off, the pricing is affordable and fair. Andrea is probably my favorite yoga instructor i have ever taken classes with. Anna Lisa and Megan’s classes are also incredibly fun and challenging. I have no criticism to give. I love Bend. No matter what your level is, you are welcome here, give it a try!!
I spent a week in RI and was lucky enough to find this studio. The staff and regulars were very welcoming. Studio was very clean and classes were engaging & challenging, but good for all fitness levels. Highly recommend!
On my visit to RI, I picked up the intro offer at this studio to stay in shape. As per usual, it was a mixed bag when it came to instructors. I did appreciate the passion for yoga philosophy from the guy who uses a 'Michael Jackson' type voice while teaching. It's hard to find anyone passionate about anything really, so that was a plus. My favorite teacher was a girl named Emily. She was pretty cute and had a 'too cool for school' indifference about her that resonated with me. I think she's great and has more potential that most people realize. I'm on my way now, not going to miss the place tbh.
