After installing a tankless boiler a few months ago, we decided to forgo spending the summer with portable air conditioners throughout the house for a split system to be installed in our kitchen/dining room area.
Once again we experienced an excellent installation crew (thanks Zack) who, not only did a flawless job in our dining area, but also relocated the outside condenser to an outside area of our choosing. The location required additional work, but Zack was more than happy to comply.

Mario came by to quote for a new oil burner replacement. Was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Most important, he was honest about everything that I needed. Had some other companies that came by that lied or did not know the technical requirements of my system. Mario also had extensive experience as an installer. I will be using this company for all of my heating service. Took me a week to find the right company. Don't waste your time and call Restivo's.
I had an install last weekend for central AC. Every contact point I had with this team was professional and courteous. Restivo's quote came in much lower than any of the other 3 quotes I got. There was a delay in install but by only one day. I felt that was very reasonable, considering workloads due to rising heat levels this summer and rising demand. The main point of contact at install, Matthew Broderick was very customer focused and a pleasure to work with. In talking to others on the team, I got the feeling this is part of Restivo's culture and would hire them again!
