Printer issues on a Friday night with management reports due at 7am could have been a nightmare. The tech at CMIT, Scott Risberg, was not only efficient but also extremely pleasant on the phone. He resolved my issue in no time. So very grateful for the great service!
The company I work for uses CMIT Solutions for all our IT problems. Even though all the representatives are remote in a different state, they are so kind and helpful over the phone and email. They are quick to respond and always follow up to make sure things to working even after they have solved the issue. Shoutout to Michael S. who has helped me the past couple of days to fix all of our departments scanners. I appreciate his time and efforts! Without him I'd continue to have headaches with our office printer throughout the day!
