The owner of the company explained the process to me step by step and he really cared about making our home safe. His team was very attentive. I made sure that I saved this company's contact information to my phone for any other jobs or for others with the same issue. Thank you Morry and your team for all you have done for my family!!!
Staff was very professional and always on time. They did a great job, but the follow up was not satisfactory. Owner didn’t give a certificate of warranty as promised. Also, the spray for mold on my foundation, which I paid extra for, was sprayed hap hazardly whereby it was all over items that remained in the cellar. It was sprayed on my closet door, handrails and floor. Owner never responded upon my request! On another note, I found it interesting that owner responds when he gets 5 stars, but doesn’t respond to other reviews! What a joke!
The employees at Morry Remediation Solutions were very respectful and knowledgeable. They did a great job. They accommodated my schedule and were very efficient.Services: Mold inspection
