After visiting several pool stores this one stands out as the best by far. Trish was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and patient while helping me choose from their stock of pool robots. Later that same day a hose connected to my pump and filter burst shortly after I opened it. I called while driving over near closing time and they were kind enough to stay a few minutes after hours so I could grab the replacement parts I needed. Outstanding customer service from start to finish. This will definitely be my go to pool store from now on!
Trish & Evan are so kind and personable. I have back issues and they always load the chlorine in my car. Eavan ran out one day to grab my pool pump and carry it in the store for me. They are the fairest price in pool supplies and the cheapest in pool opening and closure in the state. I checked around. My pump died. I called Evan. He could have just given me an appointment, come and fix it, charge me the repair as well as the service fee. Instead, he gave me the option to remove the pump myself and bring it in for repair. That's great, but he also explained to me how to remove it to save me the cost of the service fee. They are the bomb. I will never go anywhere else....read full review
Appreciate all that Evan and Trish do. They are great, always professional and friendly. They know every customer by name. I travel from East Providence to Johnston to go see them for all my supplies and have them check our water. I trust them fully with all our pool needs.
Great Business
