Continental Engineering answered my phone call with a human being immediately, which I appreciate, most other companies have either an answering service or a AI answering machine which frustrates Me ! Pam answered at 11:00 am, I called to tell her we had no heat, and she was very understanding and reassuring that Jeanine would get back to me that day to see if they could get a technician out as soon as possible. They were very patient with me as I called two more times because I was so worried about not having heat. They sent Jacob and he assessed the problem and the very next morning at 7:30 am Mr Richard DiRocco arrived to fully go over and answer all our questions....read full review

For several years we've used Continental for maintaining our A/C for our home. Recently one of the A/C condensers gave up the "ghost" so we went out to some companies about a replacement for the 3 ton unit. Continental quote was over $1,000 below the competition for a name brand (Lennox) unit. The air handler unit in the attic and the condenser were replaced in 3/4 of a day. The crew arrived on time, were mindful of the fact that we have a handicapped person in the house, as well as paying special attention to carpetting etc. They cleaned up after themselves nicely.
