The installation crew is punctual, respectful of the home environment, and leaves everything clean. Customers appreciate the professionalism and informative nature of the team. Our A/C Unit passed away several weeks ago. We live in a Condominium on the third floor where are unit is on the roof of the building. I contacted Continental and they came and gave me an estimate. Once I accepted the quote, I was told that it would be about two weeks before the work could begin. Well two weeks to the day they were here and made the installation. The workmanship was first rate, and the installation crew was courteous, knowledgeable, and clean. When the job was complete you would have never known they were here.

Both Richard and Pam DiRocco were easy to work with. Richard arrived on time to access my needs and issues and was given a price promptly. I had several other quotes but I went with Continental for the product (Lennox after much research) and the price was very reasonable. I was booked for the installation of a new attic furnace and A/C unit and Dave #1 and Dave #2 arrived on time and they could not have been nicer. They were respectful, neat and kept my home clean. Most of all I felt very comfortable leaving them in my home while I went to work. Continental installed a Lennox HVAC at a reasonable cost and were very efficient. They answered all our questions and were very professional. Outstanding service by skilled staff. I would highly recommend them over other HVAC companies.
