So what my Auntie received was beautiful. However, it was nothing like the photo that I ordered on the website. I can’t complain about how full the arrangement was, how fresh, how vibrant, the speed of delivery, etc, but it just wasn’t what the website advertised. Sometimes an arrangement change isn’t a big deal as in my case, but someone who ordered to specifically coordinate would have been largely disappointed.
I ordered flowers last minute through a website for a gallery show opening and Cherryhill was the local florist chosen. The flowers were absolutely beautiful, and I really appreciate the effort to get them delivered. I received multiple phone calls to confirm my location and then a call to confirm they were delivered. It was snowing and some companies may have given up, or put something together haphazardly, but not this florist. The recipient loved the flowers!
