Called Synergy to set up in home CNA care for nights to help me with mu husbands recovery. Michael responded promptly and set up 2 CNA's who are both extremely helpful.

An interview was conducted and an action plan was created to meet both my Father's specific need's and the needs of our family. Respite care has allowed me to take a small block of time for myself knowing that my Father is in good hands. Carissa has been a joy to have in our home.
