Great customer service by knowledgeable staff who help home DIY and business alike. Spent 4 trips back and forth to HD with no one to help. One trip to Smithfield Plumbing and they helped me find a solution in 10 minutes and for under $20.
Unprecedented service and attention. Alex Woodie went above and beyond to help our family when we arrived home from vacation to no hot water! He was efficient and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the warranty company stepped up and Alex had to work through canceling the order. Even through that he was professional, understanding, and timely.
