The doctors are always available to answer your questions if not by phone then via email. My vet is Dr Connolly and she is wonderful very compassionate and answered all my questions. but I have seen the other vets for emergency calls they too are very accommodating.

My experience was the best if had so far. After 4 Vets since I've had my babies Dr Paradise and his team have been the most friendly and honest care providers I have ever had. The actual site is really human comfortable, and my 1st baby seemed to be relaxed almost the entire visit. With exception of receiving the actual vaccines. He even fell asleep a few times during our wait. Which only happens outside our home when the space feels comfortable. The techs and the front desk persons were talkative and lively, and it was SUPER CLEAN! Always very friendly. They rembered Salsa's love of blankets and make sure to have one out for her exams so she is more relaxed with them. They also helped me figure out the best way to administer her allergy medicine and will take the time to talk to and play with Salsa before starting the check up.
