Tom and his staff were truly phenomenal! I'm forever grateful for his unwavering support. He selflessly devoted time to address every concern, particularly given my Massachusetts roots and my mother's presence in North Carolina. He transformed a sorrowful experience into a bearable one. He generously took the time to answer every question, regardless of its significance, even responding to calls after hours and addressing every email. He embodies compassion and kindness. My family has always used Anderson Winfield for over 50 years. They have always taken very good care of us in very difficult times. Charlene was gracious and helpful, going out of her way to accommodate our needs. And she maintained excellent communication with our family throughout the process. It is clear why The Winfield Family has been a staple in Greenville forever. The level of service and professionalism was wonderful when my mom went into Hospice and quickly passed.
