Our dog had his first visit here and it was a great experience. The team was accommodating to his needs and so friendly toward him. Our previous vet made house calls for many years but eventually transitioned to only offering end-of-life care, so we had to find a new veterinarian. The first one we tried was overly critical and simply unfriendly toward our dog, despite advertising themselves as being Fear Free-certified. Foster Vet was a full 180 compared to them. Such a pleasant experience. It's such a relief finding a practice (especially one close to home) where the vets and techs are skilled at their jobs and clearly love being around animals.
My name is Marie a Smith. I brought my cat, Chigga to this veterinarian. I regret nothing. She took care of the necessities to keep my loved one healthy and sent us on our merry way. This place is fabulous. My kitty is much more content and I haven't a worry in the world with her, since I know her every move; she doesn't know that, but I KNOW IT 😁😻
I can’t say enough GREAT things about Foster Vet’s Dr. Hattan, Dr. Card and the whole entire staff. If you’re looking for a new place this is IT! We got stuck going to another vet office in north providence after our original vet retired and covid time when most places were not taken new patients. Well we had a terrifying medical event with our dog Sindel. Our old vet let us down horribly without a care knowing she’s a senior girl. So they literally just brushed off the fact our baby went blind for almost 24 hours and VEG urgent told us to follow up immediately for more testing based from the labs and a possible diagnosis!
