Between the monthly fuel billing plan and the service contract for the boiler I can't say enough about the outfit. Just had the annual service check up and you cant believe the junk the guy puled out of the fuel line after the filter on the tank, changed the nozzle. Among the other things he checked out was the top of the boiler castings, wire brushed them to clean then took off the side cover and low and behold the boiler is starting to weep/leak between the castings. An 8yr old Wiel McClain Boiler Gold, Didn't see that coming! At least now I have time to line up financing and estimates, Look into a Air to Water Heat Pump replacement. I’m totally frustrated and disappointed with the response I received from Woods. However, I do want to make it clear that the technician they sent out was exceptional. The problem was the total disregard for my issue! On 11/20/23 I contacted Woods to request they send a technician out because the propane in one of my buildings was not working. The technician arrived that day in after approximately and hour he informed me that he had to bleed the line of air. When I asked how that happened he told me I must had let the tank run out of propane. I told him that I didn’t think that was possible since I am on automatic delivery. Thank you,Wood's!!! Thought I'd have to go without heat at Christmas. Wonderful Jill got me an appointment and now I have heat!What a fantastic company with kind and professional staff. Thank you again!!!
