Working with Woods on my mini split install was excellent from day one. Joshua guided us expertly through our options and never pressured us. He was in touch throughout the process and followed up often, helping us to secure incentives and rebates that made the install possible. Woods is certified to provide this rebate work, while not all other providers are, I didn't know this!
The install was quick and professional, very clean work and courteous technicians (Kevin, Scott and Steven) who made sure to confirm with me personally before disrupting anything in the house.
I look forward to dealing with Woods again whenever possible.
We just recently worked with Wood's Heating and Air Conditioning to replace our oil furnace when we had a puff back in our home. It was a very stressful time for us and I have to say that Josh was absolutely amazing through the entire process. He made us feel very comfortable was extremely professional and answered all our questions in a very timely manner. The team that installed the furnace was amazing. They did an incredible job. We now feel safe to return to our home once our renovations are complete after this awful disaster. I would highly recommend Wood's Heating to anyone looking for a new furnace. They are the absolute best !!!!
Recently got a new oil tank replaced. Everything was great from start to finish. Rep answered all the questions that I had, and also accommodating with my schedule for the install. Everything is up and running great and shouldn't have to worry for years to come.
