It was 90 degrees and high humidity when my AC system decided to die. When I called Woods Heating on a Tuesday morning, they came out immediately to diagnose the system and it was determined that the Air Handler and Condenser needed to be replaced. I talked with Josh Martin and he was able to find a way to have the old system removed and a new system installed by Friday of the same week. I recently had two mini-split systems installed by Woods Heating and had a great experience. Josh was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the entire process in a way that was easy to understand. Communication was excellent throughout the project, and I always knew what to expect.
Because I was replacing two wall-mounted air conditioners, the wall openings needed to be patched before the installation. Josh referred me to someone who could take care of it, which made coordinating everything much easier.
