I have been going for about 8 months, its a great work out & targets all areas of body. Great instructor & very personable & caring. Recommend for all ages especially women 40 & up to target our love handles. 😃

I've been going here for about a year with my kids and this place has changed my life: physically and mentally. It's really not the facility or the equipment when it comes to martial arts: it's really about the instructor (or "master"). Master Michelet is an exceptional taekwondo practitioner. He is great with kids and he really has a passion for the art.
