Overall experience has been very good. I do think the cleaning is dependent on the people who clean, not always the same, It’s ranged from mediocre cleaning to excellent. But my most recent experience was excellent. I always enjoy the nice smells that linger after a good cleaning but again doesn’t happen with every cleaning. The staff that work for MM that handle scheduling and other things however are always friendly and very helpful and I do appreciate that very much.My one complaint is regarding last minute cancellations by the customer and while I understand this impacts schedules and such as a long term customer, paying a fee for that is disappointing when it...read full review

Her partner got sick and the poor thing had to do it all on her own. Not once did she complain in fact she did such an amazing job and in a timely manner, even when I first moved into my house it didn't smell this good. She deserves a raise, a pat on the back, a gift card to target, and for her boss to tell her that she's doing a great jobService: General housekeeping

Such a wonderful team! I've been out of commission for awhile and cleaning was hard and difficult for me to keep up with. I am so thankful for their services! Hannah, Robin, Trisha and everyone are so kind and the house always looks amazing when they're done!
