I would steer clear of this company and find somebody else . My brother in Westport has been paying this company for their services for several years. He passed away last year and his widow had no idea that there was an automatic payment set up to pay this company. The lawn went from perfectly green and beautiful to being destroyed with fungus patches that killed close to half the large lawn. My wife called to speak with them about the issue and correcting the problem. The owner was highly rude to my wife and outright refused to do any repairs and refused to refund any money for the years they had been paid without providing any services. This is highly unprofessional and a company owner should be able to handle a customer who is not happy with their services in a professional manner and make restitution for their failures. Instead, he blamed the widow and the lawn cutter. He took advantage of My brother's widow and her lack of understanding about the lawn and what it needed. This owner is not a good person and I recommend that you steer clear of this company.

Update: The owner did end up refunding for prepaid services but did not admit any fault for not treating the lawn for fungus.

I had 3 treatments . The third one left my lawn looking like someone poured battery acid across it. They never did a soul analysis and I have weeds now I've never seen before on a property I've owned for 25 years. Their billing practices are confusing and I feel misguided. I paid a fee for each visit but when I canceled the service they said the visit payments did not reflect the actual total cost. I had to pay the balance which was the equivalent of the three visits I already paid. Don't let these people touch your lawn.

I started using Lawn Doctor 2 years ago and switching from another company. There service has been excellent. The office is extremely helpful if you need anything. The service reps in the field are very helpful and will answer any questions you may have! I am 100% satisfied with there service. And my lawn looks great!
