“I had 300+ year old farmhouse wide plank pine floors sanded and finished with a water based poly. They were extremely unleveled, with hand cut wrought iron nails sticking out everywhere- this was not an easy job. This company provided some of the best customer service that I have seen in Rhode Island. They reset the floors, sanded, explained throughly, let my dog out during the day. They went above and beyond to get a tough job done, at the absolute best price in the state. I am beyond happy and they would be my only recommendation for flooring for anybody. “We hired Spring Home Improvement to be the General Contractor to renovate our kitchen, dining and laundry room - which then also turned into getting our whole house painted and floors redone :) The design was done by Design Intention in Framingham (Jasmin Lee). Tiago and his team were excellent to work with. The project finished in the expected time and we had no issues communicating with Tiago or getting timely responses. He was as invested in our project as we were, paying attention to detail. We worked closely together and he helped explain the steps in the project right from permitting to the sequence of plumbing, electrical, flooring, etc, etc. If there was any issue or miscommunication, we were able to talk to him and figure things out. Check out the pre-construction video. We would be happy to use them again for other projects in our home and highly recommend them.“
