Gavin provides a relaxing, calm environment and makes you feel comfortable right from the start. He was able to find trouble areas in my shoulders and back that others have missed. The massage was incredible, the use of firm and light pressure really relieved the knots and tension. I will definitely be back!!

I discovered this gem through Groupon, and I must say, Gavin's expertise was truly outstanding. I found his technique to be reminiscent of the invigorating Asian body massages I regularly indulge in. His touch is both gentle and precisely calibrated, providing the relaxation promised by a shiatsu massage.Gavin exudes friendliness and politeness, maintaining a soothing atmosphere without unnecessary chatter. His establishment is impeccably clean and perfectly sized for a comfortable experience. The massage bed was luxuriously warm, and the use of warm towels throughout the session added an extra layer of comfort. I practically melted into relaxation during the 90-minute massage, and I'm already looking forward to my next visit.However, I must share a helpful tip. Locating Gavin's place can be a bit challenging, and you might second-guess yourself, as I did, due to the absence of an exterior sign on the building. Look for an optical store in front of building 1970, facing Pawtucket Avenue. Although the doors were closed at 5 PM when I arrived, don't be deterred. I went around the back, and although the doors were marked "Employees Only," it turned out fine. Arriving early might save you some uncertainty. Gavin's studio is on the 2nd floor of 1970, right beside the corner building of 1990, with a visible parking entrance from the street separating the two.Trust your GPS, reach the parking lot, and feel free to text or call Gavin if you have any concerns. He will be there to assist you. I believe Gavin's skills are truly commendable, and supporting him is even more meaningful considering he embarked on this solo venture just six months ago, as of the time of this review.

Gavin is the best massage therapist I've ever had the pleasure of meeting!Everything during my 90 minute session was great - from the different strokes and moderate pressure to the ambiance and setting. I especially enjoyed the lack of conversation, allowing me to become fully engrossed in the moment.I highly recommend seeing him for any issues or for just general relaxation; he knows what he's doing! I will definitely stop again when in the area.

Yesterday I had my first, and definitely not last, massage with Gavin at Every Body Kneads Zen. As you enter the space, you're greeted with soft lighting, a relaxing soundtrack as well as a super clean and well kept setup. Gavin was very thoughtful in asking about any problem areas, injuries or special attention needed. He even had an unscented oil which was perfect for my sensitive skin! The heated massage table is incredible and definitely aided in me remaining comfortable and relaxed through the entire hour-long massage. I left feeling lighter, refreshed and 100% relaxed. For real, driving through East Providence to get back on 95 to go home with all the ridiculous construction and traffic didn't even phase me! It is abundantly apparent that Gavin is well educated in and a master of his craft.I highly recommend booking a service with Gavin! Every Body Kneads Zen is a hidden gem that more people need to know about!

This was my first time going to Every Body Kneads Zen, and it won’t be the last. I got there and I was greeted by Gavin, the place was very clean and organized. Gavin was very attentive and super nice. He made sure I was comfortable and I was enjoying the massage. I never fall asleep during a massage, and this time I was falling asleep, that’s how relaxed he made me feel. He is amazing on this, I left feeling super relaxed and great. I definitely and highly recommend him. Thank you so much Gavin!!!!
