Dr. Melissa B. Ramocki

I was referred to Dr Cox by my personal physician. His office did not respond to the referral, the phones notify you that “you’re #22 in the line,” and an offer to “quickly respond to the text feature” resulted in no callbacks over two weeks. Perhaps he’s a good doctor, but neither he nor his office manager are running a responsive practice. I obtained a referral elsewhere in the same system, received a callback in 24 hours and an appointment for three days later. As a prospective patient, I didn’t feel respected.

The staff and provider were very nice and helpful, but they overcharged a copay even when I tried telling them I checked with my insurance but I paid just in case. When I called they said it would be refunded back on the original card within 30 days. Nothing happened and when I tried to call again, no one has responded to me. If the provider and other staff weren't helpful the review would be less. My visit was back and march and still haven't received the refund.

An overall excellent experience. From the moment you walk in Kerri and Lisa welcome you with open arms and care so much to assist you with anything you may need. Dr Romacki is amazing she was my savior for aprx 1 1/2 years and assisted finding what I’d need to do to treat my vertigo, balance issues, and body tremors. I don’t know what I would’ve done if not for her practice. I also saw dr Romacki’s physical therapist a few times and she has also extremely caring and pleasant. I’m sorry my memory issues prevent me from remembering her name. She was wonderful as well. I highly recommend this practice. You will walk out feeling like everyone you spoke to was on your team, and truly cared for.

I absolutely love Dr. Ramocki. She diagnosed me after so many drs couldn't. She gave me my life back.

I have been seeing Dr. Ramocki for my vestibular migraines. She provided thorough testing and that was my diagnosis. My migraines were very difficult to treat but Dr. Ramocki and her staff never gave up. They worked tirelessly to provide me medications that my insurance wouldn’t cover. I always leave her office feeling both validated and seen. Not sure what I would’ve done if. It for her. Her staff Kerri and Lisa are just as dedicated.

Dr. Ramocki is a very smart and caring doctor. I was dizzy for a year, saw many doctors with no diagnosis. I went to see her and in a half hour she knew what was wrong with me and she had a cure for my dizziness. She is remarkable her testing is incredible. I am so grateful that I have her as my Doctor. I would recommend her to anyone having issues with vertigo, she knows a lot... Thank you Dr. Ramocki.

The entire experience was stellar. Setting the appointment, the extensive testing, the exam, all were A+.The staff is friendly and helpful; Lisa saw I was short of breath and brought the computer pad out for me to sign, so I could stay seated, which I thought was quite thoughtful. The appointment was long due to thoroughness and not rushed; clear instructions for the testing were patiently repeated for me, as I’m hard of hearing. And something very important to me: Dr. Ramocki let me say everything I felt I needed to say and listened carefully and asked questions. She then did an exam. Then she used all the information she had gathered for her diagnosis. These factors alone would rate 5 stars but I would like to add that Lisa is wonderful, going above-and-beyond; and Dr. Ramocki herself is an exceptionally warm and caring person, also going the extra mile. I would recommend her to family and friends in a heartbeat. P.S. I am not related to, nor have any connection with, anyone at this practice. I am just so happy that I found them and I hope someone out there who needs these services will find my experience helpful.
