Heidi is excellent and shares exercises/stretches to help alleviate muscle pain. She changes the massage to address my needs and puts me at ease. Love Body Kneads, have only been treated with respect and appreciation.

I had a Reiki and Reflexology work today at Body Kneads by Ciara. I was very impressed with her work and her consultation after. I will definitely be returning! I highly recommend Ciara. I have not had any other work done there - yet!

I've been going through body Kneads...well before the EG location. I've had a long standing neck issue that I've treated it with massage and other non invasive treatment with great success. Back in the Providence days I saw many but Jenna was awesome and helped me so much. I've been with EG office as I've always lived in Coventry the whole time but love the selection of therapists that body kneads provides. I stumbled across Heidi a couple/few years ago at the EG location and honestly I don't know anyone who knows what I need more...not everyone is the same but pretty amazing talent resides here.
