TFYY is one of the best yoga spots I have been to! Maria and Peter create a warm and welcoming environment. This is what I what I need! Someone to see what I am doing wrong and come adjust me because who likes to be wrong?! The class is so lovely and everyone is kind contributing to the warm and welcoming culture. Anyone that is looking for Yoga, please consider joining Maria's class to have some laughs, some eye opening talks and some real talk! Thank you Maria for everything you've helped me with!

This is a wonderful place to be with awesome teachers!! I have been taking yoga here now for four years. I'm so glad Maria,Suzanne and Janice made it easy to keep taking yoga through the pandemic. I now take both Zoom and in person classes. Give it a try, you will not be disappointed.
