My air-conditioning died yesterday, called McKee this morning and spoke to Suzanne, she couldn't have been nicer, kept me informed about the techs schedule all day, the tech David arrived and diagnosed the issue right away and fixed the problem within 10 minutes. We have the air back and I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend .

David did the maintenance on our air conditioning unit. He was professional, easy to work with, and knew what he was doing.The cost of the work he did was the same as his estimate.The McKee customer service person was very accommodating and scheduled the repair time within a few days at a time when I could be there.I am really pleased with the service that I received from McKee!

I woke up this morning to a broken boiler. A repair tech was dispatched and resolved several issues with my boiler within a few hours. I felt the pricing was fair and everyone on the team was knowledgeable and courteous. A+ service.
