My air-conditioning died yesterday, called McKee this morning and spoke to Suzanne, she couldn't have been nicer, kept me informed about the techs schedule all day, the tech David arrived and diagnosed the issue right away and fixed the problem within 10 minutes. We have the air back and I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend .

They have the worst customer service and are straight up scamming people. Delivering oil on high price days every 2 weeks is what their strategy is. I contacted them to not come every 2 weeks yet they still continued. Been with them for 8 years and shame on me for staying. They don't care that we discontinued our service and have zero customer service by Jenn the manager. Many great oil companies out there that are scamming people. Be warned!!

I had my gas boiler checked and tuned recently. The fellow (Justin) from McKee’s did a fabulous job, not the least of which was educating me about my boiler.

You representatives ought to stop trolling neighborhoods and fiddling with people's postal boxes, including stuffing them with marketing material at your free unrestrained will. Maybe you think postal boxes are a joking gimmick for any and all individuals to pry into, and as has occurred with your rather bold stuffing behavior, that's quite a shame.

Was talked down to by their service rep as I cancelled my service. They never offered me a pay as you go option, only contracted options. Do yourself a favor and go with someone else that won't take you for every penny you have.

Maybe you think postal boxes are a joking gimmick for any and all individuals to pry into, and as has occurred with your rather bold stuffing behavior, that's quite a shame.
