Positive experience. Work was completed. Jeep returned w/fantastic detailing job. The best part w/the kind lady at the service desk named Pamela. Her professionalism and attention to detail was refreshing.

My wife recently struck a deer while driving along the backroads of Westport, Ma. Fortunately, neither my wife or the deer were injured, but the same couldn't be said for the grill and hood of her new Volvo XC60. Bob Shippey and the Tasca team made the process of getting wife's vehicle repaired a charm. Not only was the repair work stellar, it was done quickly with excellent communication from start to finish!

My wife had a 2021 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk that was in a bad accident. We took it to Tasca Autobody in Cranston Rhode Island. Considering that they pretty much had to rebuild the vehicle from the ground up, because Geico wouldn't total the vehicle they did an excellent job. It took longer then I would have liked 7 months later, but there was trouble getting parts from jeep and Geico screwed up when they estimated the damage, so they had to wait for more money from them to finish the job. I wasn't very happy when I finally got the vehicle back due to how long it took, but now that I have calmed down and looked at the situation they did a very good job.... read full review
