During the February 2026 snowstorm, we experienced ice dams that caused water intrusion into our first-floor ceiling and basement, and several restoration companies proposed extensive and very costly repairs. JB Cote took a far more thoughtful and conservative approach, opening walls and ceilings section by section to confirm the presence of damage before proceeding. The actual damage proved to be much more limited than initially suggested, and the repairs were completed at a fraction of the earlier estimates. Can’t say enough good things about JB Cote Construction!! I’m a single woman who had an ADU built. During the entire process, I felt safe and confident that the owners and the whole crew had my best interest in mind. They walked me through every step of the process.
