I have been taking Pilates at Body Dynamics for over 5 years.. Instructors are amazing! (Amy you are a breath of fresh air !)I can’t say enough amazing things about the beautiful welcoming studio! It has changed my body and mind in every possible way!I love this studio and people and look forward to each class!! I encourage everyone to experience for themselves you will not be disappointed!

Body Dynamics is a fantastic studio! The owner Peggy and my instructor Amy are just wonderfully friendly and enthusiastic ladies. The studio provides varied classes— yoga, Pilates , or other muscle building sessions— there is something for every need. As students, we are challenged in a safe, accepting , and fun environment…We are blessed to have this great studio.

I cannot say enough about this warm, welcoming studio. I began taking Pilates with Peggy over 20 years ago. BD Pilates has improved my life in every way - mind, body, and spirit. Give it a try - you won't regret it!

Body Dynamics Pilates Studio has been in business in Cumberland RI for 21 years. We offer small personalized classes taught by highly trained instructors. We also offer private and semi-private classes by appointment. We pride ourselves on the variety of classes available to our students. These classes include, Pilates Mat Classes, Pilates Barre Classes, Yoga Based Classes, Pilates for Strong Bones, Functional Fitness and various workshops. Students receive personal attention and enjoy the welcoming atmosphere of the studio. We teach women and men of various ages.
