They offered to place a rush on an item to lessen the delay of my opening, and they called me back with all updates, asap. They definitely worked through lunch and all breaks for me. Thank you so much!

Their attention to detail and customer service is top tier. I’m in the hospitality industry and not accustomed to businesses being so willing to walk me through things like differences in specs (down to the color), shipment times (down to the day), and even texting so we could compare product descriptions. They put a rush order for me as well. You’d think they’re a large company, and I was their only client, with how resourceful they were in less than 24 hours. There was no markup for the rush. I bought a swim spa from Pool Source and couldn't be happier with the product, service, and overall experience. I'd do it again in a heartbeat. Truly awesome people that I look forward to seeing when I go to their store. Highly highly recommended.
