I had The Plumber Company service my Navien Combi System for a few years now, yesterday they came out and told me I needed a new system (we had been struggling with losing hot water, the heat not coming for quite some time) so I knew this to be true. The company that originally installed the unit was NOT even considered for servicing or new install, as they did a horrible installation. SEE PIC A, PIC B is the installation that The Plumber Company just did, what a dfference. This team of 3 did a fantastic job.

The technician Ryan and his crew Angel and Matt were such hard workers and so knowledgeable with every question I had. Definitely will recommend them and use them again in the future.
