While the store is nice and clean, the stylist chairs are old and covered with duct tape, which detracts from the overall experience. Additionally, bright sunlight streaming through the windows can be uncomfortable, and suggestions such as shades or window tint could improve comfort. Overall, Supercuts remains a recommended spot for a great haircut at a moment's notice.
Great cut but got two texts & an email telling me to be there @ 5. And had to wait nearly a half hour for my cut. Don't set up appointments if they aren't going to keep them
Stylist was very professional Cut my hair, exactly how I wanted it and was very friendly. This will be my permanent place to get my haircut.

First time in the salon. I had my haircut by Alex. Her attention to detail was spot on she listened to my concerns and what I wanted and did not disappoint! The other stylists Caitlyn and Marlene were very professional to all who came in even when that difficult Karen came in. They all worked with smiles on their faces.
The store is clean and nice however the stylist chairs are horrible. Such a shame to have such a nice store with the worst chairs. They are awful and covered with duct tape…gross. The other thing I would like to mention is that sun that blares right in your face! Maybe invest in shades or some window tint, very uncomfortable to have that glare...read full review
