If you are not into yoga (like myself) give this place a try it isn't just for the yogi's it has other classes for you.... My love for Zumba started at studio exhale about 4 or so years ago and it is still the main reason I continue. Diana and Maria are amazing and inspirational they make you feel like part of the family! I wouldn't choose 2 other people if I could. This past year I have been wanting to tone a lot more and started taking the full body sculpt class and it had helped me stay on track. Come down and take a Zumba class or a full body sculpt class... you will not be disappointed!!
