Carlos from Statewide Plumbing was very knowledgeable and professional. I was having trouble with my Navien combi unit and he went step by step diagnosing the pressure issue. Unlike most plumbers who will cut corners or try to upsell you by convincing you to replace the entire unit, Carlos was willing to troubleshoot and fix the issue in good time. I want to thank Andrew and Carlos from Statewide for going above and beyond for me and my family when our hot water tank broke. I had called over the weekend and asked to be called first thing on Monday. I explained my situation and Carlos had a team out here within two hours. Andrew came and assessed the situation and went through my options. Once we agreed to the work, it was completed Incredibly fast and we had hot water again.
