Front desk woman was so kind -- walked and talked me through the cryotherapy chamber given it was my first time. Was feeling rundown & the cryotherapy + sauna session left me feeling incredible 24-48 hours later.

I absolutely love Restore in Cranston! I’ve used their infrared sauna, cryotherapy, NAD shots, compression therapy, and several nutrient IVs — and every service has been fantastic. The staff is truly amazing: knowledgeable, friendly, and always attentive. The facility is spotless, convenient, and very well-run. I always leave feeling refreshed and taken care of. Highly recommend!

Last week I came in to restore in Cranston to find out what it is all about and Ariel was kind enough to give me a tour of the facilities and explain the different services they offer. I’m interested in red light and cryo. I would def recommend at least getting a tour of restore!
