I purchased a Groupon, and have now completed all my treatments. They were a train wreck for the first half of my treatments. Machines were always broken. Different girls every time. They had no chart on me. They would ask me things they should have known - like what I was there for. They had a weird prudishness about zapping my outer labia as part of a Brazilian - pretty standard everywhere else. Some girls would include toes with full leg treatments, some wouldnt. Strongly recommend this spa center. They have several wonderful services but what I feel sets them apart from comparable spas is their warm, friendly and professional environment. Ask for Joyce. She is very thorough, knowledgeable, calming and so sweet!
