Heather of Outbound Hounds went above and beyond to support us with our adoption of a 3 1/2 year old awesome but anxious pup, named ‘Moose’. Heather was able to adapt to the pandemic by hosting virtual training sessions with us, weekly. Heather was very knowledgeable in all aspects of Moose’s training. She was thorough in asking us questions about Moose’s behavior and then reworking that day’s training to fit our needs. She is extremely patient and kind and truly has an amazing way at being present for the animals and quickly gains their trust. Besides the priceless wisdom Heather shared on how to best care for Moose, it was also her love and commitment to Moose that really blew us away. Her entire team truly cared about Moose and wanted to make sure he felt safe in his new home. We are forever grateful for Heather and the entire Outbound Hound team for everything they did to support Moose and us for months after his adoption. I HIGHLY recommend Heather for her depth of knowledge on animal behavior and compassionate training.

Wow! What can I say? There’s not enough greatful words I can say. I asked outbound hound to take care of my house rabbit Peter while we went on holiday for 4 weeks to India,then got stuck there on lockdown for 3 weeks!!! I panicked and was frightened to death that by boy would be left alone but Outbound hound carried on looking after him just as before. Kept me up to date with photos and put up with his nips! I’ll never be able to thank you enough! I was so worried with the whole situation and trying to get home but knowing that Peter was safe and looked after was one massive weight off my mind. HIGHLY RECCOMMENDED!!! And eternally greatful. ❤️❤️❤️

Five stars! I was fostering a dog that had never been socialized with other dogs. I took him to the Reactive class. It was a challenge given his extreme excitement but Heather and the volunteers were fantastic! I’m grateful for all of their help and the training we learned.
