I purchased a '23 CR-V and wanted a professional ceramic coating for my first new car. I found OAD on Google and called. Ryan was very knowledgeable and polite. After the car arrived, Ryan made the process simple and timely with a home service. He was prompt to the appointment and performed excellent work. He took the time to answer any question I had and thoroughly explained the product and maintenance. I also purchased a maintenance kit from him. I reached out to Ryan and less than 30 minutes he was calling back. Since the first conversation over the phone I knew he was the professional I would trust my vehicle. He applied a 5 year acrylic coat to my BMW 8. The vehicle looks so much better now. The black paint shines and highlights from the distance. I’m extremely happy.

We were extremely pleased with the detailing job completed for a filthy company vehicle that a terminated employee turned in. Optimum took care of a full interior and exterior wash/detail including pet hair removal and ozone for cigarette odor. The car came back looking and smelling BRAND NEW.
