We've consistently had amazing experiences at Oaklawn. We have three dogs, including a Frenchie with typical breed issues who recently underwent back surgery. Oaklawn has closely monitored his recovery and ensured quick ER access during flare-ups. After a terrible experience with another vet, we brought our highly reactive dog to Oaklawn. Given her history of being attacked as a puppy, we're very cautious around other dogs. Oaklawn accommodated us by having us enter through a side door and completing the checkout process in the room, making the visit seamless. I'm extremely impressed and grateful we made the switch!
My first time at this animal hospital and it definitely was a5* experience. The women at the front desk were very friendly and Erin , the vet tech , was super helpful with information regarding cats and gentle but confident in handling my elderly rescue that I just adopted in January. Dr. Delvecchio was so thorough and gentle in his examination and forth coming with information, explanations and helpful hints regarding ways to help my new elder cat adjust to her new home.
I would highly recommend this practice and Dr. Delvecchio .
I recently moved to the area and switched to this vet. Scheduling my 2.5yr old cat for his annual as a new patient was an easy process on the phone. They were booking out nearly 2 months later but when it came time for the actual visit, they were super accommodating and already prepared to deal with my cats severe anxiety during visits because they took care to pay attention to the notes I’d given them and they got his records from his previous vet!The visit was short but thorough! Very happy to have my cat going here.
