I am highly satisfied with the work provided by New England Sheet Metal Inc. After an initial visit from another company left me feeling uneasy and pressured, Dan came out and provided a refreshing, professional experience.
Dan was transparent and knowledgeable from the start. Rather than pushing for a costly, unnecessary replacement, he took the time to properly diagnose the system, testing the electrical components and identifying a faulty capacitor. He replaced the part, topped off the refrigerant, and had the system running perfectly in no time.
