I visited Lotus Head Spa today for the second time since January. I walked in tonight with a massive migraine in hopes of a chair massage. Nifty Nails (additional business next door) was just getting ready to close. But the staff was more than willing to accommodate next door at Lotus Head Spa. The massage therapist was absolutely fantastic and quickly addressed every sore muscle I seemed to have. I can’t say enough about their professionalism, expertise and willingness to accommodate their patrons! Thank you again for always going above and beyond my expectations in both businesses!!
Wonderful Amazing Spa! I scheduled this treat for my sister and I to enjoy! We were greeted with excitement and friendliness. Very professional in their entire process. Warm, inviting, extremely clean, and ELEGANT! Overall 110% Satisfied!

I have been to plenty of head spa throughout RI, MA, and CT, but no where comes close to this place. This is how impressed I am with this shop. I cannot say enough good things about them. The environment is so calming, quiet, and clean. Staff were so friendly, sweet and welcoming. I was debating between the Royal and Divine Spa. But ended up with Divine, and it’s the best decision I have made. Worth every penny! I am coming back very soon! ❤️
