We had the pleasure of working with Alliance this past winter after a blizzard iced over our chimney cap, causing our wood stove to puff back and fill our entire home with smoke. Thanks to Ray's coordination and Joey's expertise, our home is now completely smoke- and soot-free.
From the very beginning, their response was quick and professional. Alliance Restoration was a complete lifesaver! My hot water heater broke and flooded every room in my house. The water even went through the wall into my neighbor's house. ALLIANCE tucked up what they could. After that they strategically placed fans and dehumidifiers through out. Yes it generated a lot of noise but it was so worth it! They also gathered up my runners and and them. And the very last they came back and cleaned all the carpets. I must say they went above and beyond and made everything right.
