A friend of mine recommended Steve and I'm happy he did. Within 24 hours, Steve was at my house, inspected the failed equipment and provided me with a plan and quote. He and Nate arrived on time and were finished by 2:00pm. They left my cellar cleaner than when they arrived. Steve and Nate did a great job installing my new boiler. I sent for a quote, Steve responded the same day, a day later came and gave me a price, much more reasonable than what I was quoted. Others that came in. I have a seller that is only 41 in in height and they came in and did not complain. Went installed it in one day. Probably 3 1/2 hours Tops, my did a great job and clean up the whole area. I recommend them

My wife and I needed to replace our 50 year old boiler. The first quote we got was from our oil company. It seemed high to me so I called New England Boiler Works. Steve, the owner, came out the next day and gave us a quote that was $2,300 less! Because of the significant price difference, we decided to replace our indirect water heater as well. Nine days later, Steve and Nate arrived at our home at 8 AM. By 2 PM our new, efficient heating system was installed and ready to go. They were extremely neat and tidy as well. We are very happy with our new system and would enthusiastically recommend New England Boiler Works.
