They do great work but customer service is severely lacking. At every point of this job, I have had to chase them for any communication. From when they were coming to do the job, I got the quote in March and heard nothing. I had to call and email to find out when they were planning to do the job, they said they'd call two weeks before with no ball park. I asked for a ball park and was told July but they didn't get here until mid-August. They gave me a date and didn't show up and I called again and they came the next day. They widened my driveway and replaced retaining walls and fixed drainage and it looks great and then they paved and disappeared and... read full review
I gave M&M a call. I had some over grown weeds in my back lot an They came out immediately and trimmed the weeds down so it didn't cause Safety issue anymore. Thank you guys you are the best.
M&M just completed a new driveway installation for me they do great work they completed the job on schedule for the price quoted. Mike was responsive to any questions I had when quoting the project and after completion. I highly recommend M&M to anyone needing paving work completed. I will be using M&M for additional hardscape work in the future.
