“I had cosmetic tattooing done with Melissa. My eyebrows and an eyelash enhancer. Melissa takes the time to listen to what you really want and makes it happen. I told her I wanted very natural looking eyebrows and eyeliner. And she did just that. To say she is an artist is an understatement. I would never trust anyone else to do my cosmetic makeup tattooing. She is truly the best!”
“Very impressive Nail Salon. Very clean and bright. All the employees are very nice. I’m recovering from a car accident so they made me very comfortable. Tough to cut my toenails. My pedicure was delightful. Encore was recommended by one of my clients. I will definitely recommend this salon to all.”
