I first met Matt and the crew when they did some cleanup work on my house in Providence after I had the siding replaced. They did great work and were incredibly easygoing, so I later had them come back to add a 220V outlet for a welder.
Matt arrived early and finished the work faster than estimated. He also shared a lot of helpful advice about using the outlet, including safety tips and red flags to watch for if the breakers were tripped; even taking into account the type of welder I planned to use.
On top of that, he noticed that my panel didn’t have a built-in surge protector. For some reason, I thought I already had one, and I consider it a necessary safeguard for keeping all my dumb computer gadgets safe from power surges. He offered to install one on the spot for half price.
Even with that addition, the total price was incredibly reasonable, and the work was done very professionally; especially considering that my house, along with some of its electrical work, is a century old.
Scheduling was also incredibly friendly and flexible, with the team happy to work around any time constraints.
